Return Policy – Stay Toasty
At Stay Toasty, each item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the natural charm of our products, making every piece truly unique.
Eligibility for Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@staytoasty.co with your order details. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back. For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except if the item is faulty or incorrect).
For orders that qualified for free shipping (over £99), a £5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a quality issue or an error on our part.
